This video follows the convoluted, twenty five year long journey of a modernist sculpture, which was last seen in New Delhi, India, in 1991, before re-appearing on my mother-in-law's television screen, on an "Antique Roadshow" episode, in Tucson, Arizona, masquerading as a planter. Through tracing the lived experiences of this sculpture, as a range of different objects, as it "passed" undetected, traveling without its authentication papers, during its epic journey, the video draws parallels with historical instances of human "passing" .
